Cancellation:

- To cancel your order, please send an email to contactmeltbeauty@gmail.com with your reason for cancellation and include your order ID in the email.
- We will process your cancellation request and provide confirmation via email.

Refunds:
- As mentioned, we do not have a general refund policy. However, if your order has already been processed and shipped before the cancellation request, we may not be able to issue a refund.
- In case of defective or damaged products, please contact us at contactmeltbeauty@gmail.com with your order ID and a description or photo of the issue. We will assess the situation and work towards a resolution.
